Who we are

Dental Advantage Plan is a marketing program operated by ClientBuilder.Pro (MK153 INC), 7750 Dagget St. #208, San Diego, CA 92111. We introduce local dental practices and their in-office membership plans to nearby people and employers. We are not a dental provider and we never handle patient money.

What we collect

• Practice-interest requests: your name, the email and/or phone you choose to share, and an optional note. We ask you not to include health details, and we don't want them — requests are passed to the practice you asked about.
• Employer-note opt-ins: your work email address and the fact that you opted in.
• Abuse prevention: a salted, one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string on form submissions. We do not store your raw IP.

What we do with it

We forward practice-interest requests to the relevant practice, and we send the monthly employer note to people who opted in. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we don't use it for anything beyond the purpose you gave it to us for.

Service providers

Form submissions and email lists are stored with Supabase (database hosting) and email is delivered via Resend. Both act as processors on our instructions.

Your California rights

California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information under the CCPA. Email mike@dentaladvantageplan.com and we'll handle it within the statutory window. We don't sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of selling.
