What Dental Advantage Plan is

This is not dental insurance. This is a membership discount plan offered directly by a participating dental practice. Each practice sets its own pricing. Members are obligated to pay for all services but receive a discount from the participating practice.

Dental Advantage Plan ("DAP") is a marketing program operated by ClientBuilder.Pro (MK153 INC). DAP introduces participating dental practices and their in-office membership plans to nearby people and employers. DAP is not a dental provider, does not provide or bill for dental care, does not set practice pricing, and never handles patient money.

Your relationship is with the practice

Any membership plan described on this site is offered by the participating practice itself. Enrollment, payment, pricing, scheduling, care, and refunds are all between you and the practice. Information on this site is provided by the practice or drawn from its public business listing; confirm current terms with the practice before enrolling.

Cancellation

Participating practices honor a 30-day cancellation window: cancel a membership within 30 days of your enrollment date for a full refund of fees paid, requested directly from the practice. After 30 days, refunds are at the practice's discretion and per its own policy.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAP and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from any relationship you enter with a participating practice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Venue for any dispute is San Diego County, California.
